Q.  Which courier company do you use?
A.   We use Australia Post for standard shipping.  
 

Q.  How long does it take to ship?

A.  Once we send your item, you will be notified when this is, it should take between 3 and 5 business days.

Q. What happens if my parcel goes missing?

A.  We recommend using a safe and secure street mailing address. We are unable to compensate or provide replacements for parcels that have been delivered.
 
Q.  Am I able to get a refund or exchange my Georgie Pie product?
A.  A refund will only be provided if the product is deemed faulty.  If you believe your item is faulty please contact us on hello@georgiepie.com.au and return the item within 14 days for assessment.  We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.
An exchange will be provided if the requested size is available and the item is returned in its original condition and has not been worn or washed. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage for exchange will need to be paid for by the sender.

Q.  The colour of my garment is slightly different to the image on the website?
A.  We take care when uploading images to our website and social media channels, however we do use filters in some instances to highlight garment features.  We do try to keep image colour as true as possible, but note there  could be a slight variation in colour.
